Coverage & Service Areas

We serve the Florida Panhandle — Destin, 30A, Santa Rosa Beach, Fort Walton Beach, Miramar Beach, Panama City Beach, Navarre, and Pensacola.

Not at this time. We focus exclusively on the Emerald Coast so we can maintain the quality and response time our clients expect.

Condos, townhomes, single-family homes, and beach houses — from studios to 6+ bedroom properties. If it's a short-term rental on the Emerald Coast, we can coordinate it.

What We Verify

We photograph the high-miss spots that show up in bad reviews — under beds, inside microwaves and ovens, behind faucets, between couch cushions, linens, and essentials. The spots guests check first.

Monthly clients get pre-clean photos that document the property's condition before cleaners start. This gives you timestamped evidence for damage claims. Pre-clean photos are included with the Monthly Coverage plan.

Same day. After every turnover, you receive a report with photos, issues flagged, supply levels, and any damage documentation — before your next guest walks through the door.

Cleaners & Vendor Coordination

We coordinate independent cleaning contractors who are personally vetted by our founder. We're not a cleaning company — we're the coordination layer that makes sure the right person shows up, does the work, and proves it with photos.

Yes. If you have a cleaner you already trust, we can coordinate them through our system — scheduling, verification, and reporting all still apply.

For Monthly clients, we deploy a backup from our vetted network — often before you even know it happened. Cancellations are our problem to solve, not yours.

Yes. Minor repairs like loose towel bars, running toilets, or broken blinds — we coordinate a vetted handyman. The dispatch fee is $39 plus labor at cost.

Emergencies & After-Hours

A cleaner no-show, a last-minute cancellation, or any situation where a guest is arriving and the property isn't ready. If it's urgent, it's an emergency.

$149 for next-day emergency dispatch. $199 for same-day or peak season dispatch. Both include post-clean photo verification. Cleaner labor is passed through at cost.

Yes. We provide coverage 7 days a week, including holidays and peak season — when you need us most.

Supplies & Restocking

We monitor supply levels during every turnover and alert you when items are running low — toilet paper, soap, coffee, trash bags, etc. Restocking coordination is $25 per occurrence plus the cost of supplies.

Yes. We coordinate linen handling based on your preference — on-site linens, staging for a linen service pickup, on-site laundering, or off-site laundering through a local vendor. Just tell us your setup and we'll work around it.

Pricing & Getting Started

Monthly Coverage is $200/month per property with 4 turnovers included. Additional turnovers are $50 each. Trial is $79 per turnover (up to 2 turnovers or 30 days). One-Time dispatch is $99. Multi-property discounts available — call us for details.

No. Cleaner labor is passed through at the vendor's agreed rate — zero markup. You pay our coordination fee and the cleaner's rate. That's it.

No long-term contracts. Monthly coverage is month-to-month. Cancel with notice anytime — no penalties.

No. No setup fee, no onboarding fee, no percentage of rental income. We earn our fee every single month.

Yes. Our Trial plan is $79 per turnover for up to 2 turnovers or 30 days — whichever comes first. If you convert to Monthly within 7 days, your trial fees are credited toward your first month.

After every turnover you get a verification report with photos and any flagged issues. Between turnovers, reach us by call, text, or email. Same-day response, always.

Yes. Every property gets one dedicated point of contact who knows your property, your preferences, and your standards. No call centers, no ticket systems.

We flag it with photos and a recommended next step. For Monthly clients, pre-clean photos give you timestamped evidence for damage claims. You decide how to proceed — we document everything.
